Cereal recipe: feeds three
1 cup rolled oats or course ground oat groats
1/3 cup bran (oat or wheat)
1/4 cup whole flax or flax meal
1/2 cup dried apples diced
30 grams of protein powder
opt.
1/4 cup course ground barley
1/4 cup dried berries (raisins, blueberries, cranberries)
1/4 cup nuts ( almonds, walnuts, ect.)
